Hans Mundhenk

Hans has been working in the avalanche industry for eight seasons.  His work experience spans avalanche forecasting and control for Northwest Avalanche Solutions Limited, avalanche education and cat-ski tail guiding.  Most recently, Hans has become accredited as an ACMG Apprentice Ski Guide.  A passionate ski-tourer, he can be found out in the mountains skiing or sledding whenever he isn't hanging out with family and friends or working.

Matthew Lucas

Matt has been working in the avalanche industry since completing his CAA Avalanche Operations Level 1 in 2014.  He is an active member with the CAA and his work experience includes avalanche education for Little Cedar Services, avalanche forecasting and control for Northwest Avalanche Solutions Limited, and ski-touring tail guiding.  When he isn't working or playing in the mountains, Matt works as a substitute teacher in Terrace, BC.

Hatha Callis

Hatha grew up in a mountain town hiking, sledding, skiing and camping since he could walk. He has worked in ski touring, cat skiing and heli-skiing including working as the former operations manager of a medium sized heli-skiing company and has taught many years of avalanche courses, both with Avalanche Canada curriculum as well as custom courses.  He has an education in tourism business management and spent 10 years founding, owning, and operating a river rafting business in the Terrace area.  He is a full ACMG ski guide and CAA Professional member.
